About the Role
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a National Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth for special and custom solar modules across targeted industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for special and custom solar modules across targeted industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including niche markets that require customized solar solutions like government sectors of Defence and Railways.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Channel Partners, EPCs, project developers, architects, and industrial clients.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Drive Ecommerce Sales in India and Globally
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in Sales with minimum 5years in solar energy sales,
- Strong knowledge of solar PV technology, custom module design, and integration.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, contract negotiation, and market expansion.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively as required.
