Project Manager Role

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the execution of multiple projects simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning:
  • Develop and maintain project reports, monitor planning, scheduling, and cost details for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, conduct site visits to verify progress, and identify critical/risk issues.
  • Support and manage project teams, adhere to project timing, and best practices to meet operational goals and ensure timely completion of projects.

  • Billing and Payment:
  • Process billing and payment as per terms and conditions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through handing over processes.

  • Site Visits and Monitoring:
  • Conduct site visits for new projects and prepare photographic reports for tender teams.
  • Monitor and closure of snags/observation points shared by clients within DLP periods and follow up on retention amounts.

  • Cost Management:
  • Manage costs effectively to ensure profitability.
  • Present financial reports in weekly meetings.
