Lead Design Engineer Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and air pollution control equipment, specifically ESP and Fabric Filters.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional groups, and ensure design specifications and quality standards are met.
- Provide technical guidance to the team, conduct design reviews, and ensure engineering standards, reliability, and performance specifications are achieved.
- Work closely with other engineering disciplines/teams to integrate mechanical design and ensure consistency.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
- Offer technical support to Sales/marketing and process teams for proposals.
- Strong knowledge in 3D tools like Inventor, AutoCAD, and Navisworks would be an advantage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15-18 years of relevant experience in air pollution control equipment.
- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical.
