Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Closure Mechanism Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing closure mechanisms and systems for door modules, latches, handles, hinges, drives, fuel flap systems, hood systems, and camera actuators.

About the Role
  • You will work with NX and PLM systems to design and develop complex mechanical systems.
  • Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and integrating closure mechanisms and systems, including door modules, latches, handles, hinges, drives, fuel flap systems, hood systems, and camera actuators.
  • You will also conduct concept proposal and packaging studies to ensure optimal design and functionality.
  • In addition, you will perform kinematic studies and calculations to ensure smooth operation of mechanisms.
  • Quality and timelines of every deliverable in projects will be your top priority.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback and ensure seamless integration.

As a successful candidate, you will have strong expertise in mechanical engineering and experience working with NX and PLM systems. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
