About this Opportunity

This is a Senior Project Architect role at a leading Global Architecture & Design Firm. The position involves managing the technical delivery of prestigious architectural projects.

About You

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent built environment discipline)
  • 8–12 years of experience in project leadership across all work stages
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as our client's architectural lead on projects
  • Lead the design team and client meetings
  • Maintain the Project Quality Control System
  • Monitor the financial performance
  • Lead the contract administration process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent built environment discipline)
