Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Performance Test Lead to oversee end-to-end project delivery and implementation. This includes leading the proposal preparation, reviewing project estimations, and capturing inputs from key stakeholders to position our organization suitably in order to secure the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the project management team and take ownership of project delivery and implementation.
  • Coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training, and motivate team members through effective feedback and recognition.
  • Create thought leadership within the area of technology specialization and ensure compliance with company guidelines and norms.
Technical and Professional Requirements:
  • Primary skills: Performance Testing - ALL
  • Preferred Skills: Performance Testing - ALL
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Project Management fundamentals
  • Project Lifecycles on development & maintenance projects, estimation methodologies, quality processes
  • Knowledge of one or more programming languages, architecture frameworks, design principles, and ability to comprehend & manage technology, performance engineering
  • Domain Basic domain knowledge in order to understand business requirements / functionality
  • Ability to perform project planning and scheduling, manage tasks and coordinate project resources to meet objectives and timelines
  • Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies is a pre-requisite
  • Awareness of latest technologies and trends
