Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Development Lead to spearhead our product development efforts, drive success, and deliver innovative software solutions that exceed customer expectations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business goals, market demands, and customer needs.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts focus on delivering maximum value to customers through iterative improvement and incremental delivery.
  • Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including customers, business sponsors, and cross-functional teams, to gather feedback, validate product features, and address concerns through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with development teams to plan and execute product releases, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering software products from concept to launch, demonstrating expertise in product management principles and agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, product management principles, and agile frameworks, with the ability to apply knowledge to drive product development and delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas, influence stakeholders, build consensus across diverse teams, and drive project success.
