The Role

The Business Finance Team Lead identifies, develops, and manages relationships with key partners to drive growth of working capital finance solutions.

This role requires business development, partner management, and financial expertise to structure and deliver innovative solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential partners to enhance the working capital finance ecosystem
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners
  • Develop strategies to acquire new partners and expand existing ones
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  • Work with internal and external teams to structure working capital finance solutions
  • Lead negotiations with partners and clients
  • Provide training and support to partners on working capital finance products
  • Track partner performance and monitor KPIs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or financial services
  • Proven track record in managing partnerships within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of working capital finance products
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities to grow partnerships
