About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial accounting principles and a proven track record in financial statement preparation, month-end closing, and compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards. They will also manage the entire month-end book closure process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all financial data is accurate and complete.

Additionally, they will conduct a thorough review of expenses to ensure proper classification, recognition, and TDS compliances. They will oversee revenue recognition processes in line with accounting standards and ensure timely and accurate filing of all GST returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
  • A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant accounting or finance role
  • Proven expertise in the preparation of financial statements and the month-end closing process
  • In-depth knowledge of NACAS Accounting Standards and IND AS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
