Product Manager Opportunity

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of high-impact products that streamline operations and supply chain workflows at scale.

  • Take end-to-end ownership of product lifecycle from discovery to release across high-impact ops and supply chain domains.
  • Identify gaps and pain points in internal workflows and craft product solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Deep-dive into data, user journeys, and process maps to define structured solutions to ambiguous problems.
  • Build and manage detailed product roadmaps and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver results on time and within scope.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning the product roadmap for operations and supply chain workflows (e.g., installation, warehousing, inventory, procurement, service logistics).
  • Working hands-on to write PRDs, define metrics, track releases, and coordinate across engineering, QA, and business.
  • Conducting in-depth user research, gathering feedback, and defining product strategy documents (business cases, use cases, success metrics).
  • Collaborating with analysts and engineering to convert fuzzy ideas into structured, implementable solutions.
  • Tracking product adoption and impact through data and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in product management, preferably in operations or supply chain focused products.
  • Strong understanding of ops/supply workflows (e.g., installation, warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, ticketing, inventory).
  • Ability to work as an independent contributor while also influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience solving complex problems using data-driven and structured thinking.
  • Proven track record of launching scalable internal tools or workflow automation products.
  • Excellent written communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior PMs or managing small product pods is a plus; able to lead by example while staying approachable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in B2C or B2B operations/supply chain tech products (e.g., logistics, delivery, retail, solar, EV, mobility, or similar).
  • Exposure to SQL, analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI/Tableau), and process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Whimsical).
  • Experience working with agile teams with a focus on iterative product development.
  • Engineering background or strong technical collaboration experience is a plus.
