Program Overview

The program involves functional immersion, team leadership, and business leadership stages. In year one, you'll work in performance marketing, data analytics, D2C operations, marketplace management, and key account management. You'll then move on to team leadership, where you'll own metrics and lead teams to achieve goals. Finally, in year three, you'll step into leadership roles like growth lead, D2C lead, or marketplace head, accountable for scaling a brand vertical.

  • Degrees in relevant fields such as engineering, economics, commerce, marketing, business, or math/stats.
  • 0–2 years of experience; preference for exposure to eCommerce/D2C/startups.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership potential.
