As a key member of our retail design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality store designs that meet brand standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop design solutions for retail stores, ensuring compliance with global design guidelines.
  • Create detailed design drawings, zoning plans, elevations, and façades.
  • Maintain consistency of layouts and façades across markets.
  • Prepare Terms of Reference and tender documents for suppliers and partners.
  • Conduct site visits for measurements, supervision, and acceptance of works.
  • Provide specifications for retail equipment and furniture aligned with store concepts.
  • Monitor project timelines, track progress, and deliver on schedule.
  • Create sales area zoning plans, capacity calculations, and merchandising layouts.
  • Collaborate with Omni-channel teams on bubble plans, zoning, and digital consumer journey layouts.
  • Design non-standard marketing zones and lighting plans to elevate customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • 4–8 years of professional experience in architecture and retail design
  • Industry background in retail sporting goods, fashion, or FMCG preferred
  • Exposure to cross-functional areas such as business development, IT, retail operations, or supply chain
