Quality Assurance Assistant
  • We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team in the preparation, issuance, review and control of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Business Management Records (BMRs) and controlled documents.
  • Key responsibilities include supporting the documentation of deviations, change controls, CAPA and incidents in accordance with our Quality Management System (QMS).
  • The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with cGMP, QMS and regulatory requirements during all quality assurance activities.
  • Participate in internal audits, self-inspections and regulatory inspections to maintain high standards.
  • Ensure that all documentation practices adhere to ALCOA+ principles including Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Accurate plus Complete, Consistent, Enduring and Available.
  • Maintain and update QA logbooks, training records, calibration records and archives.
  • Support qualification, validation and calibration documentation as per Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
  • Assist in vendor qualification processes and related documentation.
  • Contribute to Environment, Health Safety (EHS) initiatives and ensure workplace safety compliance.
  • Report any deviations, incidents or unsafe practices immediately to supervisors.
  • Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives related to QMS, GMP and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Science or Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
