Job Title: Senior Leadership Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing key areas including:

  • Regular policy and process reviews to ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices.
  • Proactive assessment of emerging technologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Security assurance on new and existing applications across both on-prem and cloud-based environments.
  • Preparation and publication of regular management reports, KPIs, automations, and process simplification.
  • Managing internal and external reporting as well as various functional dashboards.
  • Stakeholder management to ensure timely availability of required inputs.
  • Tracking and reporting of sub-functional planned activities to higher management.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good understanding of information security and compliance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of current best practice management tools and techniques.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, systems, voice, and business applications.
  • Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISA/CISM are an added advantage.
Technical Requirements:
  • Strong domain understanding of IT outsourced business models.
  • Ability to manage project tasks individually and as a team.
  • Capacity to document and explain technical details in a concise manner.
  • Ability to interface and communicate at all levels within client organizations.
  • Understanding of enterprise business processes, IT process, compliance frameworks is vital.
  • Knowledge of auditing standards.
