Orthopedic Surgical Training and Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Orthopedic Fellow to join our team. The selected candidate will undergo comprehensive training and hands-on exposure in advanced orthopedic surgery, joint replacement, trauma care, arthroscopy, and spine procedures under the guidance of experienced consultants.

This fellowship is designed to enhance surgical skills, clinical decision-making, and research aptitude, preparing the candidate for an independent orthopedic practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior consultants in outpatient clinics, emergency cases, ward rounds, and surgical procedures.
• Gain extensive hands-on experience in trauma surgery, arthroscopy, joint replacement, and spine procedures.
• Manage in-patient care, pre-operative and post-operative protocols with precision and efficiency.
• Ensure accurate documentation, patient safety, and adherence to hospital protocols at all times.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Possess a strong educational background in Orthopedics from a reputable institution.
• Fresh postgraduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Orthopedics are preferred.
• Demonstrate a strong academic interest, clinical acumen, and a passion for Orthopedic surgery.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills essential for effective collaboration.
