AV Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AV systems engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in the installation and configuration of audio-visual systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, install and maintain complex AV systems including displays, speakers, microphones, control systems and video conferencing equipment.
  • Interpret system design drawings, wiring schematics and project documentation.
  • Conduct site surveys and assist in project planning and execution.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting and diagnostics to ensure functionality and performance standards are met.
  • Provide technical support during and after system deployment.
  • Coordinate with project managers, vendors and clients to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on-site.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on all systems and service activities.
  • Train end-users or clients on system operation when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications or a related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of hands-on experience in AV systems engineering or a similar role.
  • Proficient in AV technologies such as Crestron, Extron, Logitech, Poly, Cisco Webex and Zoom Rooms.
  • Strong knowledge of signal flow, cabling and AV integration best practices.
  • Familiarity with control systems programming and diagnostics is an added advantage.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic project environments.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
