Description:
- We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Your primary goal will be to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
- You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of our clients.
- A strong focus on customer service and relationship-building is essential for this role.
- As a Key Account Manager, you will also be responsible for communicating with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and knowledge in account management, sales, and marketing.
- You will be required to analyze data and market trends to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
- Able to handle commercial discussions and negotiations with clients effectively.
- Must have strong convincing skills with confidence to present and negotiate.
- Focus on up-selling additional services for enhanced client visibility and results.
- Demonstrate sound management skills to handle high-pressure client-facing situations effectively.
- Achieve cash flow targets as per business goals and personal competency.
- Manage a team of Client Service Executives, guiding and mentoring them toward performance goals.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data and market trends to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategic plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
