Job DescriptionThe role of a Business Development Manager at Algonox Technologies revolves around leading business development and account management activities in the designated US territory. This position provides autonomy and complete ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle to drive revenue growth and acquire new clients for the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop obsessive focus on solving problems for customers through automation.
- Owning the entire sales cycle - prospecting, opportunity discovery, consulting, commercials, and managing P&L.
- Fostering relationships with C-level executives and relevant business heads of the client to ensure customer success across key touchpoints.
- Driving account penetration through customer success and organic business development.
- Owning and delivering on assigned sales targets.
Requirements:
- Aspiration to drive growth for the business.
- Personal motivation to own and hustle for growth.
- Understanding of B2B and technology sales to Fortune 500 clients and large domestic MNCs across the US.
- Comfortable working with C-level executives within clients.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
