Job Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented professional to join our Strategy and M&A team.

The ideal candidate will work closely with a global team of consultants and Fortune 100 clients to understand their vision and help them devise inorganic and growth strategies.

The role involves synthesizing key takeaways by structuring ambiguous problems, consolidating information sources, analyzing complex qualitative and quantitative data, presenting interpretations to the project team, and providing recommendations to global clientele.

The selected candidate will be responsible for devising corporate/business unit, M&A, and market entry strategies, conducting commercial due diligence, business wargaming, and screening M&A targets.

Effective communication with senior leadership and clients is essential, playing an active role in firm building initiatives.

Key Competencies:
  • A keen interest in building a career in Strategy and M&A Consulting
  • Excellent analytical & presentation skills (Fluent in PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research on S&P CapIQ, IBISWorld, Merger Markets, Bloomberg, and other platforms
  • Ability to break down and solve ambiguous problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
  • Enterprising and collaborative professional with ability to work with in a team
  • Prior work experience of 1-2 years in strategy houses/ Big 4 / boutique consulting / corporate strategy / corporate development background is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from premier institutes globally or India

Additional requirements include a sound understanding of business strategy, finance, and cross-industry exposure, as well as exemplary communication (verbal and written) & Presentation skills, strategic mindset, hustler, fast learner & go-getter.
