Job Title: Incharge – Customer Success (Cards)

This role involves overseeing the operational excellence and performance improvement of Cards payment products. The key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and addressing day-to-day operational issues between internal teams and banks
  • Driving performance improvement for major banks through root cause analysis and targeted interventions
  • Providing support to banks for operational issues, daily Cards scheme process improvements, and conducting bank training sessions on systems and processes

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and data analysis background, expertise in settlement, reconciliation, and dispute management, and experience in working with payment products.

Beyond technical skills, the candidate should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, as well as advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. SQL knowledge is advantageous but not required.
