Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Your Role
The Revenue Operations Organization at SolarWinds is responsible for accelerating the company's GTM performance. This role will report to the Director of Rev Ops Strategy and be accountable for internal process design & documentation, system and workflow improvement, and cadenced functional planning.
Your Impact:
- Lead various Rev Ops process improvement efforts to drive revenue growth.
- Design, implement, and document internal processes that accelerate the evolution of SolarWinds GTM Org.
- Partner with Sales, Channel, Analytics, Data, Business Applications & IT to build priorities and roadmap of executional areas.
- Manage the Rev Ops internal stakeholder-facing SharePoint site.
Your Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, deal desk, sales enablement, data governance, or strategy.
- Expertise in territory design/planning, lead flow and routing logic, functional planning, and reporting.
- Proficiency with SFDC, Tableau, Microsoft Suite, SharePoint.
- Ability to understand needs of various stakeholders and translate into an operational plan of execution.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
