About our Data Science and AI Competency Center:

Our data science and AI competency center harnesses the power of data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to extract valuable insights, build predictive models, and develop AI-powered solutions. We utilize Exploratory Data Analysis, Statistical Modeling, MACHINE LEARNING, Model Deployment, and Integration, as well as Model Monitoring and Maintenance.

We deliver business-driven solutions using multiple AI techniques and tools. Our team focuses on leveraging data to drive business value through innovative solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end initiatives (business understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment)
  • Analyze and interpret findings to draw conclusions and recommendations, including expected benefits and measuring ROI for enhancing business processes
  • Support pre-sales activities and initiatives

Key Requirements:

  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and methodologies
  • Experience with machine learning, especially Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models
  • Business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, model evaluation, hypothesis testing, and model deployment
  • Fluency in Python, working knowledge of SQL, and vector database
  • Knowledge of specific DS/ML/CV/GenAI/NLP libraries like NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs i.e., OpenAI/Gemini

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with big data and distributed environments
  • Commercial experience proven by multiple successful projects in Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision

General Skills:

  • Good computer programming skills and object-oriented programming concepts familiarity
  • Expertise in Azure cloud resources, Databricks
  • Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions to address customer problems
  • Ability to lead small technical teams on projects
