Job Title: Ambitious AI Visionary

Role Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking leader to spearhead our artificial intelligence strategy and revolutionize our matchmaking platforms. As the visionary driving innovation across personalized recommendations, fraud prevention, and customer engagement, you will utilize data science to redefine how people find love.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an AI roadmap that powers innovative matchmaking, robust fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models to enhance user experiences.
  • Champion the integration of AI and large language models to drive developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Leverage recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and elevate overall customer experience.
  • Deploy LLM-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.
  • Lead analytics initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.
  • Build, inspire, and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI innovations with business objectives, enhancing both product development and user satisfaction.
  • Implement best practices in data science, ensuring operational efficiency and scaling AI solutions that directly impact business KPIs.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with top academic institutions and tech companies to stay at the forefront of AI innovations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A strong background in AI/ML/LLM Experience: Langchain, GPT APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Recommendation Systems, AutoML
  • Data & Intelligence: Real-time analytics, data pipelines, customer journey insights, churn prediction models
  • Experience in Python, R, or any other programming language for data science
  • Strong strategic, creative, and analytical skills to develop and scale plans, strategies, and tactics for a business model

Education & Experience:
