Import Export Executive Job Description

This role involves managing import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations. The Import Export Executive will be responsible for preparing pre-shipment and post-shipment documents, as well as communicating effectively within the department process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing export invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other necessary documents.
  • Communicating with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate documentations.
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of export-import procedures and regulations.

Candidates must possess excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of export-import documentation and procedures.
  • Familiarity with INCOTERMS, HS codes, and international shipping terms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
