Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Copywriter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing innovative and effective campaigns that drive results.

The Copywriter will be responsible for developing and executing all creative content for one or more brands, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and aligns with the agency's goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop standout concepts and campaigns
  • Take ownership of writing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
  • Stay up-to-date on product data, claims, and competitor information
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Estimate creative hours and manage workload to maximize productivity
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing clear and concise communication
  • Attend market research as needed and provide feedback to inform campaign development
  • Contribute to shaping strategic branding initiatives and work collaboratively with planners
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of agency experience
  • Proven creative ability and judgment, with successful client contact experience
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to work collaboratively with account management
  • Successful experience managing creative writers, with availability to travel
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work and going the extra mile to meet client needs
