Job Overview

As an expert in modern financial insights, you will drive complex business solutions, advocate for scalable implementations, and manage high-pressure stakeholder expectations. You will collaborate with clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions tailored to their needs.

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials from assessment to deployment.
  • Partner with clients to execute all phases of the implementation lifecycle, aligning requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment with the Oracle Unified Method (OUM).
  • Design solution options leveraging Oracle Cloud Financials capabilities to address business pain points and meet client objectives.
  • Ensure high-quality documentation of functional and technical solution designs for review, update, and approval.
  • Oversee hands-on configuration in Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, Fusion Tax, AP, AR, CM) to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Develop custom solutions across Reports, Integrations, Conversions, and Extensions.
  • Drive continuous development of industry-specific accelerators for faster delivery.
  • Collaborate with the team to upskill them in becoming a leading Financial Transformation team.
  • Explore opportunities to expand into other areas of technology expertise and ecosystems beyond Oracle.
  • Proactively track, monitor, and resolve identified functional and technical issues during implementation.
  • Own responsibility for Oracle Service Requests (SRs), from initiation to resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 7+ years prior experience with Oracle Cloud Financials and 2-3 full-lifecycle implementations.
  • 10+ years prior experience with Oracle ERP (Financials, including GL, Fusion Tax, AP, AR, CM).
  • Strong background in A2R Accounting to Reporting workstream.
  • Oracle Financials Cloud General Ledger Certified Professional (Preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience handling UAT cycles, user training, and documentation.
  • Ability to coordinate with different test teams for successful test cycles.
  • Self-driven commitment to achieving highest service standards, implementation excellence, and timely delivery.
  • Open to travel at client locations.
  • Graduate degree or equivalent.
