About the Job

As a seasoned expert in Oracle Cloud Financials, you will be responsible for leading assessment, design, implementation, and deployment of this cutting-edge technology.

You will partner with business stakeholders to execute all phases of the implementation lifecycle requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment in accordance with the Oracle Unified Method (OUM).

Your key responsibilities will include architecting solution options considering Oracle Cloud Financials capabilities to address business requirements and pain points, ensuring high-quality documentation of functional and technical solution design, and leading hands-on configuration in Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, Fusion Tax, AP, AR, CM).

You will also lead the development of custom solutions across Reports, Integrations, Conversions, and Extensions, manage and drive continuous development of industry-specific accelerators, and collaborate with the team to upskill them in becoming a leading Financial Transformation team.

In addition, you will proactively track, monitor, and resolve every identified functional and technical issue during an implementation, own the Oracle Service Requests (SRs) responsibility, from initiation to resolution, and drive solutions to complex business problems.

  • 7+ years prior experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, with 2-3 full lifecycle implementations.
  • 10+ years prior experience with Oracle ERP (Financials, which includes GL, Fusion Tax, AP, AR, CM).
  • Strong background in A2R Accounting to Reporting workstream.
  • Oracle Financials Cloud (General Ledger) Certified Professional (Preferred).
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communications skills, the ability to manage stakeholders and high-pressure situations, and experience with handling UAT cycles, user training, and documentation.

You will also need to be self-driven to achieve the highest standards of service, implementation excellence, and on-time delivery, as well as open to travel at client locations. A graduate degree or equivalent is required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Financials and its capabilities, as well as experience in implementing similar technologies.

Additionally, you will need to be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and project management.
