**Job Title:** Laravel Developer Intern

About the Job

This is a remote internship opportunity that will last for three months. You will have the chance to work with our team and gain valuable experience in the field of web development.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for working on various projects using PHP and the Laravel framework.
  • You will also be expected to contribute to the improvement of our existing codebase.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of:

  • PHP Basics: You should have a solid grasp of core PHP concepts, including data types, variables, control structures, functions, and object-oriented programming.
  • Laravel Framework: You should be familiar with the MVC architecture, routes, controllers, models, migrations, and blade templates.
  • Database Knowledge: You should have basic knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL, including querying and understanding relationships between tables.
  • Frontend Fundamentals: You should have a good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as how to integrate them with Laravel views.
  • REST APIs: You should be able to consume and build APIs using Laravel's built-in API tools.
  • Version Control (Git/GitHub): You should be familiar with basic Git commands, including committing, pushing, pulling, and branching.
  • Composer: You should have knowledge of package management in Laravel.
  • Basic Debugging: You should be able to troubleshoot errors and use Laravel's error logs.
Good-to-Have Skills

In addition to the required skills, it would be beneficial if you had experience with:

  • AJAX / jQuery: For dynamic frontend interactions.
  • Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS: For styling and responsive design.
  • Authentication & Authorization: Laravel's built-in auth system basics.
  • Basic Testing: Understanding of Laravel testing (PHPUnit, feature tests).
  • MVC in General: Not just Laravel-specific.
