We are seeking a dedicated professional to spearhead land sourcing and acquisition strategy.

  • Identify and evaluate land parcels in pre-defined target micro-markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, landowners, developers, and other intermediaries.
  • Actively track market opportunities and upcoming transactions.
  • Conduct initial due diligence on land title, zoning, FSI potential, ready reckoner rates, and development control regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare feasibility studies, financial models, and market assessments.
  • Assess alignment of land parcels with Crest EZY's product design and business model.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings between key stakeholders.
  • Work with legal counsel, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Architecture, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or investment.
  • Strong knowledge of Mumbai Development Control Regulations (DCR) and land acquisition processes.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing land transactions.
  • Established network with brokers, landowners, and developers in MMR.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
