Job Overview

Our organization seeks an experienced Finance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the financial operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation and maintenance of our Oracle Finance system.

  • Conduct detailed requirement studies and collaborate with technical architects to suggest solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive As-Is process documents and obtain sign-off from clients.
  • Map client requirements to application processes and develop To-Be process documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in or lead requirement studies.
  • Prepare RD020 documents and obtain client sign-off.
  • Map requirements to application processes.
  • Develop BP080 documents and obtain client sign-off.
  • Configure Conference Room Pilot environments.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and Conference Room Pilot testing.
  • Prepare Standard Operating Procedure manuals.
  • Test customizations, including forms, interfaces, and reports.
  • Set up User Acceptance Testing environments.
  • Assist users during UAT and resolve issues.
  • Setup Production instances.
  • Collaborate with developers on data migration.
  • Provide post-live support.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Finance modules, particularly R12.
  • Minimum two end-to-end implementations in R12.
  • Strong accounting knowledge.
  • Good experience in migrations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Experience working with stakeholders in US/Europe.
  • Ability to work from a Schneider office and adopt a hybrid work model.
  • Strong business analyst skills, including analytical thinking, requirement engineering, design thinking, and agile methodologies.
  • Experience working in Agile methodology, Scrum, Kanban, and associated tooling.
  • Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment and across time zones.
  • Good self-management skills and stress resilience.
