Finance and Planning Leader Role

A highly skilled finance professional with expertise in financial planning and analysis is required to deliver divisional analytics packs.

  • Lead a team of analysts to deliver timely and actionable insights.
  • Owning service delivery as per defined SLAs with business divisions.
  • Drive finance transformation initiatives to simplify, automate, and optimize planning tasks.
  • Partner with divisional finance teams to understand business dynamics.
  • Collaborate on annual planning with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate close and forecast activities, system loads, result analysis, and prepare content for senior leadership reviews.

Requirements:

  • CA qualification with 12+ years of post-CA experience.
  • Relevant FP&A expertise, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in BI tools.
  • Strong financial and commercial reporting knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
