Software Engineer Role

The Quality Assurance team is responsible for ensuring the quality of our products. They work in an Agile environment and collaborate with other teams globally.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop test automation scripts to meet organization standards.
  • Leverage tools and frameworks to create high-quality automated regression suites.
  • Develop test plans, test cases based on functional and design specifications, execute tests, and analyze results.
  • Collaborate with development teams to deliver business functionality on time with required quality.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in software testing or development with a good understanding of testing, coding, and debugging procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience in programming using Python, C, Java, or other languages.
  • Experience in designing and developing automated tests using automation tools like Selenium, Appium, and Playwright.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to advise teams on identifying automatable test cases at different layers.
  • Skills to work with developers to build automation performance-friendly code.
  • Experience in refactoring test automation performance suites as necessary.
