About the Opportunity

Quality Assurance Professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments will be responsible for ensuring high standards of quality and reliability on flagship mobile franchises.

This is a fully Remote position.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all software functions as intended with an exceptional level of detail and accuracy
  • Creating, maintaining, and executing test plans and test cases across new and existing game content, tools, and platforms
  • Documenting and tracking issues using bug tracking software from discovery through resolution
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify potential quality risks early
  • Reproducing and isolating complex issues to support engineering resolution efforts

Required Skills and Qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of professional QA experience in games or software testing
  • Strong understanding of LiveOps processes, config validations, and content testing
  • Proven ability to work independently in night shifts, staying highly responsive and accountable
  • High attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking (Jira) and test management tools
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
