About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and results-driven individual to work with physicians and introduce them to rewarding locum tenens opportunities. As a Healthcare Locum Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, providing them with an exceptional experience, and ensuring their successful placements in temporary roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit qualified physicians for locum tenens assignments through strategic planning and referrals.
- Develop relationships with prospective candidates, understanding their professional goals, and qualifying them for suitable job opportunities.
- Educate candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a locum tenens career.
- Maintain strong, lasting relationships with both internal teams and external candidates.
- Continuously seek improvement in recruitment practices, with opportunities for career advancement.
- Demonstrate a strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
- Emphasize a client-centered mentality and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years experience in staffing or recruitment is required.
- Passionate about creating exceptional experiences for healthcare professionals.
- Out-of-the-box thinker with a career-oriented mindset and a drive for advancement.
- Enthusiastic about being part of a growing recruiting organization that recognizes and nurtures talent.
- Experience with VMS and MSP will be an added plus.
- Must have a go-getter attitude and quick-to-learn attitude.
