Job Title: CyberArk L4 Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled technical expert to join our team as a CyberArk L4 Engineer.

This role will require the candidate to have in-depth knowledge of one or two technology platforms, such as CyberArk, IAM process, Network, Firewall, Windows/Unix Admin, etc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving complex issues, participating in management and major design enhancements. They will handle major incident activities, problem management, stability analysis, on-call support, and more.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, identifying problems in advance and seeking continuous service improvement opportunities. Prior experience with CyberArk configurations and major enhancement/development is required, along with strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independent contributor for new demands
  • Providing solutions for customer requirements
  • Handling and troubleshooting priority incidents
  • Patching and handling changes
  • Creating KBs and technical documentation
  • Log analysis on GPAM component servers
  • Opening CyberArk tickets
  • Setting up different (test) systems
  • Opening/prolonging firewall changes
  • 24/7 on-call support
  • Coordinating with engineering teams/process owners
Requirements:
  • Must Have: BE in Computer Science or equal, Business Analyst responsibilities, Unix and Windows Administration, Knowledge in networking/CCNA certification
  • Good to Have: Handle general updates and configuration changes/requests, CyberArk Defender, Sentry - Certification, DevOps experience – having experience with Dynatrace/Docker/Puppet/Ansible/GIT tools, PowerShell Scripting knowledge
