Technical Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of intelligent automation and generative-AI programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, translating business goals into scalable technical road-maps while coordinating cross-functional engineering, data science, security, and operations teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, success metrics, and release plans for GenAI, Agentic AI, and RPA solutions.
  • Build and maintain detailed schedules, sprint plans, risk registers, and dependency maps.
  • Drive discovery workshops to capture business processes and identify automation or agentic opportunities.
  • Partner with solution architects to select models (LLMs, diffusion, hybrid), prompt-engineering patterns, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Oversee development and deployment of RPA bots and AI agents on cloud platforms.
  • Ensure secure-by-design practices, model governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI compliance.
  • Establish key performance indicators and deliver regular executive dashboards.
  • Manage vendor contracts, Statements of Work, and budgets.
  • Mentor scrum teams, conduct sprint retrospectives, and drive continuous improvement with OKR tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years in technical project or program management, with at least 2 years leading AI/ML initiatives.
  • Demonstrated delivery of GenAI or LLM-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with RPA toolchains and process-mining platforms.
  • Proven command of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies; Jira and Confluence power user.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong data literacy: SQL, basic Python, prompt engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs across product, legal, security, and operations.
