Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition Leadership: Lead end-to-end recruitment across functions, with expertise in technology and manufacturing hiring.
  • Leadership & Niche Hiring: Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, and closing leadership/niche roles.
  • Business Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, succession planning, and future skill needs.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline for senior and critical roles to minimize time-to-hire.
  • Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Leverage advanced sourcing methods, including social platforms, professional communities, referrals, industry events, and AI-driven recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional candidate journey. Partner with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.
  • Interview Ownership: Take ownership of the screening process and first-round interviews, including cultural and competency assessments.
  • Mentorship & Performance Management: Guide and mentor junior recruiters, build a high-performing TA team, and drive adoption of recruitment best practices.
  • Data-Driven Hiring: Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, candidate satisfaction) and integrate insights into decision-making.
  • Employee Satisfaction & Employer Branding: Support initiatives that contribute to employee engagement and positioning the organization as an employer of choice.
