Job Summary:

The Hiring Company seeks an experienced and dynamic Executive Recruitment Manager to join our growing team and drive recruitment strategies, lead a team of recruiters, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

About the Role:

  • Talent Acquisition Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of recruiters to meet and exceed recruitment targets. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure high performance.
  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet client requirements across multiple sectors. Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Directly manage key accounts, ensuring sourcing and screening of candidates meets client expectations. Utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networks, to attract top talent.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication and satisfaction with recruitment services. Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex client requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality) to ensure team and organizational goals are met.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with experience in a leadership or team lead role. Experience in a staffing firm or agency environment is mandatory.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of recruiters in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement across various industries.
  • Client Management: Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in managing client relationships. Ability to understand and anticipate client staffing needs.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, social media recruiting, and other recruitment tools. Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
  • Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve team performance.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines.

Estimated Salary: ₹3,60,000 - ₹4,80,000 per annum
