Strategic Business Development Lead

This role involves leading the growth planning effort for our Consumer Healthcare business, identifying and evaluating innovative opportunities to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic growth planning for Consumer Healthcare
  • Lead identification and evaluation of business development and licensing opportunities in OTCs, Naturals, Novel Dietary Supplements, Active Nutraceutical Ingredients, Novel Foods, and Novel Cosmeceuticals
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Consumer Healthcare market landscape and growth models
  • Approach problems with an innovative mindset, networking to develop relationships and influence decision-making
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Develop areas of interest documents aligned to the Consumer Healthcare Division strategy
  • Number and quality of business development leads that result in an approved business case
  • Maintenance of high-quality relationships with potential business customers and partners
