You'll be responsible for evaluating and qualifying leads generated from various sources, ensuring that only the most relevant and high-potential prospects move forward in the enrollment process.
Key responsibilities include engaging with prospective students via calls, emails, and messages to understand their interests, academic backgrounds, financial readiness, and study abroad goals.
Additionally, you'll identify high-intent leads and categorize them based on their potential, ensuring that only qualified prospects are passed to the counseling or sales team.
Maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate lead information, follow-up status, and key insights is also a critical aspect of this role.
As a Terraformer, you'll have the opportunity to nurture unqualified or undecided leads by providing relevant information and resources to keep them engaged for future opportunities.
Collaboration with counselors and business development teams is essential to align lead qualification processes with overall enrollment strategies.
Finally, monitoring and reporting key metrics such as lead conversion rates, response times, and engagement levels will enable you to optimize lead management processes.
