About this Role

We seek an experienced Travel Professional to carry out a range of duties related to airline ticket issuance, electronic document fulfillment, and fare rule interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue and reissue airline tickets according to established protocols
  • Process Electronic Miscellaneous Documents (EMDs) for airlines
  • Analyze fare rules to ensure accurate application in ticketing systems
  • Identify and report errors or discrepancies in transactions
  • Liaise with airlines and service providers to resolve issues
  • Process refunds on airline systems and through BSP Link
  • Manage group bookings and coordinate with airlines to facilitate smooth travel arrangements
  • Invoice clients for completed transactions

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate degree in Travel and Tourism, or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience: 2-3 years in ticketing; candidates without ticketing experience are not eligible
  • Essential Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Proactive, self-driven, and results-focused approach
    • A strong attention to detail, particularly in calculations
    • Organizational skills with the ability to multitask
    • Capacity to manage change and work effectively under pressure
    • Advanced proficiency in Global Distribution System (GDS) software such as Amadeus and Galileo
