Team Lead Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our team as Team Leads. This role offers a unique opportunity to supervise and coordinate field teams for a government survey project in Mumbai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing surveyors in their assigned location, ensuring smooth operations, and accurate reporting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and guiding the field team in the assigned location.
  • Ensuring daily survey targets and project milestones are achieved.
  • Monitoring team performance and resolving on-ground challenges.
  • Compiling and submitting reports to the Operations Manager on a regular basis.
  • Maintaining discipline, accuracy, and quality of survey data.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in field team management or survey projects preferred.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills.
  • Good communication skills; Marathi proficiency is mandatory.
  • Ability to work on-ground and manage people effectively.
  • Based in Mumbai.
