Job Title: Investment Banking Specialist
- We are seeking an accomplished professional with expertise in investment banking operations to enhance our capabilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing processes and controls, collaborating with client partners to monitor and capture data from various global functional teams, and leveraging business acumen to drive growth.
The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the finance industry, with a special focus on capital markets and derivatives. They should also have excellent analytical skills, proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel, and the ability to build domain expertise and lead from the front.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Independently handle clients and client calls to establish a valued partnership.
- Escalate issues to client and internal managers to ensure timely attention and minimize escalation risk.
- Build domain expertise and lead from the front.
- Contribute to knowledge management by sharing process knowledge and best practices within the team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM)
- 2 to 5.5 years of experience in handling a team of minimum 10 members and possessing good knowledge of investment banking operations.
- Ability to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on projects ranging in complexity and scope.
- Knowledge of offshoring processes and methodologies is highly preferred.
- Seeking a challenging new position in a dynamic high-growth company and industry.
- Good logical and quantitative abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to manage and complete specific tasks with minimal direction.
- Capacity to act fast and decisively in critical situations, with the ability to read situations and react promptly.
- Willingness to continuously learn, upgrade skills, and stay relevant to business demands.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to network and earn the confidence of diverse client personnel, as well as interaction with and management of eClerx India-based operations team.
