Lead Battery Energy Storage Systems Division

We seek a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive innovation in our Battery Energy Storage Systems division. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical expertise in energy storage technologies, system integration, and project execution, along with leadership abilities to guide technical teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy BESS projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring seamless integration with renewable energy and grid infrastructure.
  • Provide technical leadership on battery chemistries, power electronics, and system integration, driving strategic decisions for the team.
  • Oversee feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and system sizing to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with utilities, EPC contractors, and technology providers to foster collaborative growth.
  • Strategize O&M, performance optimization, and lifecycle management to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or related power/utility sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in BESS system design, integration, and commissioning (utility-scale preferred).
  • Strong understanding of grid codes, safety standards, and energy markets.
  • Hands-on experience with EMS, SCADA, and controls.
