Job Overview

As a Digital Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for leading paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. Your goal will be to drive ROI-focused campaigns, optimize ad spends, and scale performance marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paid Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and provide weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Targeting Strategy: Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for better targeting.
  • Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously run A/B testing for creatives, copies, and targeting strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Platform Expertise: Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms.
  • Campaign Optimization: Proficiency in campaign optimization and conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel setup).
  • Data Interpretation: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
  • SEO Knowledge: Knowledge of SEO basics to align paid and organic strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications: Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Agency Experience: Experience in agency environments with multi-client campaign management.
  • Programmatic Ads: Familiarity with programmatic ads and marketing automation tools.
