Expert Retail Solution Architect

This role is a pivotal part of our company's digital transformation strategy, focusing on implementing and maintaining the Retail Merchandising System. You will be responsible for crafting customized solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 4 years of experience in software development/project-related activities (design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications).
  • Ability to think creatively in finding software solutions for complex problems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical expertise in required languages, operating systems, databases, development tools, networking, and/or software packages.
  • Collaboration skills with business and technology cross-functional teams.

Key technical skills include:

  • Proficient in Oracle Retail Merchandising system(RMS) and PL/SQL, with knowledge of Java or Dot Net being a plus.
  • Experience working on retail projects.
  • Ability to work in both Agile and Waterfall approaches.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (Linux, Windows).
