Director of Land Operations

Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Director of Land Operations. This position will play a critical part in driving the success of our business by overseeing land monetization and development initiatives.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring timely closures of projects by coordinating with internal departments such as legal, finance, compliance, and external consultants. They will also manage documentation, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder communications.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills to build and lead local operational teams and vendor relationships. They will be responsible for implementing governance, reporting, and risk management protocols to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

This role requires someone who can act as the on-ground representative for our stakeholders, providing key support and guidance as needed.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who has a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee land monetization and development initiatives
  • Coordinate project closings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage documentation and regulatory approvals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders
  • Implement governance, reporting, and risk management protocols

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, law, or real estate
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in land operations, project management, or a related field
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
