Job Title: Digital Solutions Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage and enhance our websites during night-shift hours. The ideal candidate will ensure our sites are updated, optimized, and aligned with business goals while providing a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update website content (blogs, events, podcasts, resources).
- Design and develop new pages, landing pages, and microsites.
- Customize and manage WordPress themes, templates, and plugins.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, secure, and optimized for speed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (front-end and back-end).
- Implement SEO best practices for improved visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development (front-end & back end).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
- Experience with WordPress page builders (Elementor, Divi, or similar).
- Strong design sense and ability to translate mockups into functional pages.
- Familiarity with plugins, integrations, and analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and website optimization.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of CRM or marketing integrations (Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Prior experience managing websites for events or professional services.
