Optimize Online Banking Applications with Performance Testing Expertise

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer to lead end-to-end performance testing for online banking applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive performance testing strategies to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define performance requirements and optimize application delivery.
  • Design and implement efficient test scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, and other tools.
  • Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Deliver insightful performance reports and KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Integrate performance testing seamlessly within CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing, preferably in senior or lead roles.
  • Expertise in the BFSI/online banking domain.
  • Proficiency in performance testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, or Gatling.
  • Knowledge of APM tools, including Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and New Relic.
  • Strong scripting skills in Java, Groovy, Python, or Shell.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Bamboo.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
