Job Title: Physiotherapy Professor

Job Description:

Academic Leadership and Expertise

We seek a seasoned professor of physiotherapy to provide academic leadership, deliver high-quality education, and foster a supportive learning environment for our students in the Bachelor of Physiotherapy program.

The successful candidate will effectively communicate subject knowledge, mentor and guide students, conduct assessments, and adhere to academic standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver High-Quality Education: Teach physiotherapy subjects such as anatomy, kinesiology, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy through both theory and practical sessions.
  • Mentor and Guide Students: Regularly track student performance, provide personalized guidance, and offer timely interventions to support academic growth.
  • Supportive Learning Environment: Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom atmosphere that promotes open communication, participation, and continuous improvement.
  • Assessment and Progress Tracking: Conduct assessments, maintain records of attendance, performance, and feedback, and ensure consistent communication with the academic team for student progress updates.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master of Physiotherapy (MPT)
  • 1+ year experience in teaching or working as a physiotherapist
  • Excellent communication skills, passion for teaching, friendly demeanor with students, basic computer and tech skills
